ICUsteps Brighton is a group that's open to all former ICU patients and relatives. Whether your critical care experience was as the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath or anywhere else, you'll get a warm welcome at our meet-ups.

We were formed in 2013 by former patients and ICU members of staff to offer support and understanding to patients and relatives who have suffered the trauma of a life threatening experience in ICU.

We hold regular informal meetings to which everyone is welcome, we also visit the ICU ward to offer support to patients and relatives, helping them through a very difficult time in their life.

If you would like to help others who've been through similar experiences to you, speak to people who really understand what you have been through, in a relaxed, friendly environment, this is the place for you.
