ICUsteps Fife is a group for ex-ICU patients, their families and friends, run by former ICU patients, relatives and health professionals. The purpose is to provide on-going support after discharge for those who have encountered critical illness. Any ICU patient is welcome; you don’t need to have been a patient in Fife to attend.
The support is in the form of ‘drop-in meetings’ where patients and relatives can come and talk to others who understand what you have been through.
If you want to talk, listen and share your experiences, or just want to drop in for tea and biscuits, we would like to meet you.

We hold our drop-in meetings on the first Monday of every month at Beveridge Park Bowling Club, Abbotshall Road, Kirkcaldy KY2 5LT.
