Southport

ICUsteps Southport is a new and welcoming group set up for ICU survivors and their families. This group is run by patients, relatives and professionals with first–hand experience of ICU and the journey we have all experienced.

It is not necessary to be ready to speak out or even to hold back, there are no expectations of you but there will be a warm welcome, some professional insight and lots of guidance to aid and inform your recovery and that of your family after what has been a huge and possibly life changing event in your lives.

We aim to support and engage with people from local and adjacent areas to beat the isolation that can come with experiencing a critical or near death illness and also to link those working in the partnership who may have less chance to connect with other professionals in the field.
